Build steps

  1. Insulate the bulkhead roof (Roofer).
  2. Set the nailer, the metal edge and the leader (Carpenter / sheet metal). Continuous treated plywood nailer at the edge, the stainless gravel stop and fascia with its sump, and the downspout to the main roof.
  3. Lay the membrane (Roofer). Strip in the gravel stop flange.
